Auto BB Fertilizer Process
Description:
This auto BB fertilizer process mainly includes automatic batching system, continuous blender, automatic packing equipment and conveyor. Raw materials and fillers (microelements, etc.) are mixed according to certain proportion. The inclination and internal shovelling plate of blender are used in fully blending raw materials and fillers. Evenly blended products are metered and then packed in bags.
This auto BB fertilizer process features stable running, easy operation, high productivity, smaller wearing parts, and longer service life.
The annual output of this auto BB fertilizer process is 10, 000 to 300, 000 t/y. It’s mainly used in the continuous batch production of blended fertilizer.
